Dryland Training

In addition to diving practices in the pool, we offer private and semi-private workouts on dryboard and trampoline in Maple Valley.
  • (2) 7'x14' trampolines with overhead spotting rigs
  • (1) dry diving board with overhead spotting rigs
  • Workouts are outdoors in a covered location and can be used in all but the most extreme weather conditions.
    •  It is important that drivers dress for the weather conditions by dressing in layers so that as the diver gets warmer, s/he can remove outer layers and remain comfortable.
    • Tight fitting clothing is preferable to loose fitting cotton sweats.  Microfleece, polar fleece, and spandex work well in cooler weather.  Shorts and t-shirts work well in warmer weather.
Contact Jim for current rates and available workout times.
